Job Summary

You will own the end-to-end advocacy and supporter engagement communications workflow, including loading and proofing emails, monitoring SMS responses, and drafting related messages under tight deadlines.

  • Draft and proof Advocacy-related email and SMS communications as needed
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries across Advocacy and SG&C channels

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Loading and proofing ActionKit emails on behalf of both the Advocacy and Supporter Growth & Cultivation teams
  • Monitoring and replying to responses in our Ascend SMS inbox on behalf of both the Advocacy and Supporter Growth & Cultivation teams
  • Drafting some Advocacy-related email and SMS, as needed

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience building advocacy emails in ActionKit or a similar CRM
  • 1+ year experience building advocacy SMS broadcasts in Ascend, MobileCommons, or a similar platform
  • Some familiarity with c3, c4, and PAC entity guidelines and their implications
  • Exceptional copywriting, copy editing, proofreading, and communications skills
  • Excellent project management skills and a proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines
