Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for entering and maintaining customer service data within the enterprise system. This associate will input customer data and participate in systematic continuous improvements and the first point of escalation for contract review.
  • Provide trade show planning and marketing promotional assistance.
  • Assist with MRPC web-site updates and E-newsletter support.
  • Provide customer hospitality for visitors to MRPC.
  • Promote and maintain positive customer relationship within the product services offered.
  • Respond to customers inquiries relative to order status, such as shipping, delivery dates, order changes, cancellations, complaints, warranties, and requests for quotations, literature, parts list, etc. as required.
  • Timely responses provided to customers on expediting quotes.
  • Timely responses on order status, shipping and delivery commitments and inform the Senior Customer Service Representative of any conditions that may require resolutions.
  • Inputting of appropriate data into the ERP system relative to the customer orders, data and communications as required.
  • Prepare and distribute various reports, to include engineering project status, quote log, customer schedule and backlog reports.
