Job Summary

Own the Nashville market brand presence and local catering growth, turning community partnerships and on-site activities into repeat traffic and leads tracked in CaterZen.

Market ownership: build and adapt market- and restaurant-level plans for Nashville and local events.
CRM and lead flow: capture leads from events, drops, and inquiries and keep CaterZen clean with follow-up tasks.
Community & partnerships: cultivate relationships with businesses, schools, nonprofits, and local organizations to drive awareness and catering opportunities.

Job Description

Develops and executes market-level and restaurant-level marketing plans for the Nashville market.
Stays informed on local demographics, traffic drivers, competition, community trends, and sales opportunities.
Identifies opportunities within each restaurant trade area, including offices, schools, healthcare groups, churches, gyms, chambers, nonprofits, neighborhoods, and local events.
Re-evaluates marketing plans quarterly based on sales trends, market needs, seasonality, and business priorities.
Supports local activations, promotions, sampling opportunities, and restaurant-level marketing needs.
Serves as a Taziki’s brand ambassador in the Nashville community.
Builds relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, nonprofits, and community partners.
Leads on-site and off-site activities that support brand awareness, restaurant traffic, and catering growth.
Manages local community requests and helps determine the best opportunities for partnership.
Spends significant time in the market and restaurants connecting with guests, teams, and community partners.
