Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and app — from welcome through repeat purchase, reactivation, and loyalty.
  • Platform strategy. Evaluate, recommend, and lead the implementation of our CRM and ESP stack.
  • Acquisition-to-retention handoff. Partner with Performance Marketing on audience strategy and seam between paid acquisition and owned retention.
  • Retail clienteling partnership. Translate CRM data into in-store clienteling tactics and messaging.
  • Creative partnership. Brief and collaborate with Creative on lifecycle assets across campaigns and seasonal moments.
  • Retention analytics. Build reporting tied to repeat rate, LTV, and lapsed rate, and translate data into action.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing within a DTC or fashion brand.
  • Proven track record building and optimizing email and SMS programs across platforms with a clear POV on best practices.
  • Hands-on AI tools experience in marketing (predictive segmentation, generative content, automated testing, or intelligent send-time optimization).
  • Strong analytical skills turning customer data into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, ESP/CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report.
  • Excellent written communication for briefs to creative teams and leadership.
