Job Summary

Own the publishing and data-accuracy workflow for a financial services info site, balancing content management, analyst support, and deadline-driven delivery.

Content & Publishing: Manage DBRS site content and themed microsites, ensuring timely updates and accuracy.
Workflow & Support: Answer analyst queries, troubleshoot processes, and coordinate daily assignments to hit deadlines.
Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with analysts and management to fulfill requests and manage expectations.

Job Description

Publish and manage content on the Morningstar DBRS site and ESG microsites, keeping stakeholders informed and on-brand.
Support analysts by answering queries, troubleshooting workflows, and maintaining data accuracy for submissions and ratings.
Coordinate daily assignments, monitor the Publishing Coordinator inbox, and ensure on-time delivery of requests.
Build and maintain relationships with analysts, management, and other stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Verify data accuracy and compliance with standards and regulatory requirements across submissions.
Publish press releases and rating reports, ensuring timely updates to the DBRS platform.
Respond to requests promptly and manage dual roles as needed to keep workflows running smoothly.

Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role, preferably in financial services.
Expertise in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with basic HTML and content management systems.
Strong eye for detail and organizational/multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Capacity to transition between dual roles as required.
Availability to work 10 a.m. CST to 6 p.m. CST.
Availability to work on call, evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
Experience handling multiple deadlines and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and proactive issue resolution.
