Job Summary

Own the TikTok Shop affiliate program operations for CSB, covering onboarding, creator sourcing, incentives, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional execution.

  • Build onboarding, creator onboarding experience, seeding and incentives to ensure premium creator partnerships.
  • Track GMV, conversion, and content output; translate data into weekly and monthly insights to sharpen commission strategy and creator briefs.
  • Collaborate across marketing, e-commerce and supply chain to align workflows and maintain ongoing creator relationships.
