• Talent Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and close partnership agreements with high-potential ambassadors and content creators who naturally live out a lifestyle of discipline and hard work.

• Ambassador Onboarding: Guide new partners through the initial phase of their onboarding via GoAffPro, ensuring they have tracking links, codes, and product knowledge for early sales success.

• Performance Coaching: Act as a performance catalyst for your signed roster. Continuously monitor their growth trajectory and coach them on how to naturally and effectively feature SALT to maximize product velocity.
