Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in creative strategy, creator marketing, performance social, or similar roles
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce structured Creative Briefs

Preferred

  • Experience with performance creative or UGC ads
  • Personal experience as a content creator
  • Experience analyzing viral content
  • English / Chinese bilingual
  • Familiarity with AI tools
