Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategies for D2C performance marketing campaigns
  • Create ad concepts, hooks, angles, scripts, and visual directions
  • Study customer pain points, reviews, competitors, and ad libraries
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, editors, and performance teams
  • Build creative briefs for static ads, videos, UGC, carousels, landing pages, and social content
  • Analyze ad performance and suggest new creative iterations
  • Identify trends, winning formats, and new campaign opportunities
  • Ensure all creatives stay aligned with the brand’s positioning and business goals

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, brand strategy, or D2C advertising
  • Strong understanding of Meta ads, D2C funnels, hooks, messaging, and conversion-focused creatives
  • Experience working with D2C, e-commerce, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, food, or consumer brands
  • Ability to think both creatively and commercially
  • Strong communication and briefing skills
  • Portfolio is mandatory
  • No degree required
