Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage creative projects end-to-end, from intake and scoping through execution and final delivery, ensuring timelines, requirements, and expectations are met.
  • Own creative intake, prioritization, and scheduling, balancing business urgency, scope, and available team capacity.
  • Manage day-to-day workflow and task distribution across creative disciplines to ensure work is evenly balanced and progressing as planned.
  • Review creative briefs for completeness, clarity, and prioritization, ensuring project requirements and roles (RACI) are defined and communicated.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies for campaigns and ongoing consumer marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with creative leads and marketing partners to clarify scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria upfront.
  • Track project status, risks, and blockers; proactively communicate updates, changes, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate reviews and approvals, ensuring feedback is clear, consolidated, and delivered on schedule.
  • Work with partners and leverage historical data to forecast demand and make strategic recommendations to utilize creative resources.
  • Own and administer creative project management tools, ensuring accurate data, consistent usage, and operational hygiene.
  • Drive continuous discovery and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency, and drive creative impact.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in creative operations, account management, or project management in a high-volume retail or agency environment.
  • Proficiency with creative project management and asset management tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Airtable, Workfront, Smartsheets).
  • Highly collaborative, with a track record of building alignment across creative, marketing, production, and external partners.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage competing priorities and multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to set expectations and navigate trade-offs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strategic thinker with an eye for emerging trends in branding, marketing, and creative technologies.
  • Experience managing complex project plans with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and approval paths.
  • Data-informed and process-driven, with experience using metrics to improve delivery, capacity planning, and operational performance.
  • Familiarity with CGI and imagery development processes, including timelines, dependencies, reviews, and downstream usage (hands-on production experience not required).
