Job Description

Own and grow social content for Beyond the Game Health by managing platforms, planning calendars, and creating engaging short-form content.

  • Help manage and maintain all BTGH social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across platforms
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short-form video)

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sports, media, and content creation
  • Experience managing or growing social media accounts (personal or brand)
  • Comfortable posting, scheduling, and engaging across platforms
  • Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
  • Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
  • Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative

Preferred

  • Experience running a brand or business social account
  • Photography/videography skills
  • Interest in women’s sports, youth sports, or health advocacy
