Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design flyers, graphics, and promotional assets for events and sponsorship deliverables
  • Produce branded visuals using Canva (proficiency required)
  • Support pitch decks and presentations in PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Ensure brand consistency and creative quality
  • Help manage and grow BTGH accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads)
  • Draft posts, edit reels, and support daily content flow
  • Organize and curate content libraries from events
  • Monitor engagement and suggest creative improvements

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sports, health, creative media, or entertainment marketing
  • Proficient in Canva (non-negotiable)
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social trends
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills (preferred, not required)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly reliable, organized, and proactive
  • Must be a self-starter who can manage tasks independently

Preferred

  • Experience with video editing
  • Photography or short-form content creation
  • Prior exposure to sports marketing or event coordination
  • Creative writing or storytelling ability
  • Admin or project management experience
