Job Summary

Own the creative marketing engine that moves across digital and print, owning content production, brand consistency, and website freshness while turning market trends and audience insights into activation.

  • Content & Creative Ownership: Plan and execute social, email, web, and print campaigns with on-brand visuals and copy.
  • Brand & Channel Stewardship: Maintain a consistent brand across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and performance-driven optimization of open rates, click-throughs, and conversions.
  • SEO & Website Optimization: Improve content for search and keep ecommerce and site experiences fresh.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute initiatives to bring ideas to life across digital and print – social media, email, flyers, brochures, web, and more.
  • Create eye-catching visuals, scroll-stopping content, and sharp copy that’s on-brand and on-point.
  • Keep our website and ecommerce platforms fresh and fabulous.
  • Research and keep up to date on current market trends, industry activity, and audience insights to track what’s working.
  • Maintain our brand across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and wherever else we show up. Monitoring performance and KPIs for open rates, CTR, and conversions to provide ideas for optimization.
  • Help optimize our content for SEO, so we shine in Google’s spotlight.
  • Team up with marketing, purchasing, and other departments to make magic happen.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design—or equivalent work experience that makes us say “Wow!”
  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
  • Solid computer skills, including Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office. Bonus if you know Epicor Prophet 21 ERP software—if not, we’ll teach you.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with email platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and SEO.
  • A multitasking mindset—you juggle projects like a pro.
  • Integrity, curiosity, and a healthy appreciation for deadlines.
