Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative vision across integrated brand, experiential, retail, and campaign projects
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling concepts, stories, and experiences
  • Guide and mentor designers, writers, and creative teams
  • Be hands-on in the creative process when needed, concepting, writing, directing, or refining work
  • Partner with strategy, account, and production teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand solutions
  • Ensure creative work meets FifthColor’s standards for craft, clarity, and impact
  • Present and articulate creative ideas to clients with confidence and purpose
  • Champion strong storytelling, smart design, and disciplined execution across all touchpoints

Requirements

  • 10+ years of creative experience, with leadership experience in an agency or brand environment
  • Background as a copywriter or art director (copywriter preferred), with a portfolio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams
  • Strong understanding of how ideas come to life across environments, campaigns, and content
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker who values both big ideas and the details that make them work
  • Curiosity about culture, brands, and how people experience them in the real world
