Drive the Creative Director role to lead medical equipment design, branding, and campaigns.

Oversee the creative team from ideation to production
Must-have: Proven Creative Director experience in the medical equipment field with a strong portfolio
Standout: Cross-functional leadership in a hybrid environment and collaboration with product and marketing

Lead and inspire the creative team to deliver high-quality design solutions
Develop and execute innovative concepts for marketing campaigns and product launches
Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align creative vision
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
Oversee the design process from ideation to final production
Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and growth
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation
Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients

Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in the medical equipment or related industry
Strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects and campaigns
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
