Coordinate footage, scheduling, and posting plans with a fast-moving team

Responsibilities

Hands-on, primarily in-person role working closely with a small team
Riding around with us, visiting properties, documenting renovations, attending walkthroughs and events
Helping capture the behind-the-scenes reality of building and growing a real estate business
Identify content opportunities and think creatively to grow audience and brands
See moments that should be filmed and know when to capture them
Organize footage, content schedules, and posting plans

Requirements

Has experience filming and editing short-form content
Understands Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
Can take initiative without needing constant direction
Brings creative ideas and new concepts to the table
Can recognize opportunities to film and create content naturally
Is comfortable riding around, visiting properties, and being around renovation projects
Can help organize footage, content schedules, and posting plans
Wants to grow with a small but fast-moving team
