Job Summary

Drive the company’s visual storytelling through end-to-end video production and brand-focused content.

  • Own the visual "look and feel" of the company by establishing a consistent cinematic style across all raw and edited assets, ensuring our footage is instantly recognizable.
  • Direct, shoot, and edit a high volume of video and photography capturing dynamic company moments, including engine tests, manufacturing milestones, and day-in-the-life employee features.
  • Pitch, storyboard, and produce recurring video formats and original series such as technical deep dives, behind-the-scenes vlogs, and recruitment campaigns.

  • Direct, shoot, and edit a high volume of video and photography capturing dynamic company moments, including engine tests, manufacturing milestones, and day-in-the-life employee features.
  • Pitch, storyboard, and produce recurring video formats and original series such as technical deep dives, behind-the-scenes vlogs, and recruitment campaigns.

Must-have: Expertise in end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, on-location shooting, editing, and post-production.

  • Demonstrated experience producing both short-form social media assets and long-form narrative content such as documentary-style videos or technical podcasts.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from concept through delivery.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual narratives.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
