Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work with Corporate Communications leadership to support the execution of strategic communications plans and programs
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Public Policy, Legal, and Trust & Safety, to align messaging and ensure consistency across stakeholders.
  • Manage media lists, press contacts, department meeting agendas, weekly/monthly reporting, and internal tracking documents.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining the corporate website, newsroom, and communications-specific social media channels, including posting content and helping manage ongoing updates.
  • Research industry trends, media coverage, and potential opportunities, and share relevant insights with the broader team
  • Support media relations efforts, including preparing briefing materials and drafting responses for inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support proactive and reactive communication strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience developing both internal and external messaging.
  • Ability to distill complex topics into clear and compelling communications.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align messaging and execute communications strategies.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Basic HTML experience to support newsletters and web-based content.
  • Previous experience working in technology, policy, or media communications.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multinational company or high-growth organization.
