Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute corporate communication and public relations strategies to support organizational objectives.
  • Create and distribute press releases, media statements, newsletters, executive communications, and corporate announcements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, corporate events, and public engagement activities.
  • Manage internal communications to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company initiatives.
  • Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment, providing strategic recommendations to management.
  • Support crisis communication planning and response activities to protect corporate reputation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Develop content for websites, social media platforms, annual reports, presentations, speeches, and corporate publications.
  • Track and evaluate communication campaign performance and media engagement effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, journalism, or content development.
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, editing, and content creation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of media monitoring tools, social media platforms, and digital communication strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in event management, crisis communications, corporate branding, or stakeholder engagement is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in communications, PR, media, public affairs, or marketing roles is preferred.
