Job Summary

Support marketing and proposal operations for a large construction/engineering firm, focusing on presentations, capabilities materials, and proposal support.

Assist in preparing presentations, capabilities overviews, and social media content.
Must-have: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Standout: Strong attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office; SharePoint or InDesign familiarity a plus.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop compelling and professional presentations and materials
Develop marketing materials including capabilities overviews and social media posts
Research company project history and populate centralized experience database with relevant data and information
Assist in reviewing, editing, and updating website content
Participate in various stages of the proposal process
Maintain department filing systems and records using software such as SharePoint and Smartsheet
Other duties as needed including meeting support, document formatting, editing, printing, and shipping

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, journalism or related field
Demonstrated commitment to quality with attention to detail and consistency in work product
Excellent communication, writing, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills required; technical writing skills preferred
Dependable
Energetic and outgoing personality with the ability and desire to work in a team environment
Ability to work well with others; a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to problem solve and find multiple solutions under tight time constraints
Ability to professionally handle constructive criticism
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proficiency in SharePoint and Adobe InDesign preferred.
