Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead earned influencer programs that cultivate authentic relationships with top B2B creators, podcasters, and next-gen media voices, and architect the infrastructure to scale those programs globally
  • Advise and prepare executive leadership for high-stakes media interactions, proactive risk mitigation, and complex, multi-stakeholder scenarios - turning difficult coverage into fair and favorable positioning
  • Connect thought leadership programs to product go-to-market moments, driving category creation, media amplification, and pipeline - not just awareness

Requirements

  • 15+ years of corporate communications experience at a top-tier technology company, with a track record of leading high-impact media and thought leadership programs
  • You've built communications programs from scratch - including narrative development, media strategy, and influencer infrastructure - that generate verifiable business outcomes
  • You have deep expertise in crisis communications and managing sensitive, high-stakes scenarios under tight deadlines
  • You have strong, established relationships with reporters at outlets like the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Bloomberg, Fortune, and CNBC, and with creators across next-gen media platforms

Preferred

  • You're curious about and comfortable applying AI tools and emerging communications technology to your work
  • You have experience bridging earned and paid influencer activation across a large, matrixed organization
  • You bring familiarity with B2B creator and podcast ecosystems and have a point of view on where next-gen media is heading

Benefits
