- promotes a vibrant and engaging community ethos, connects students to the campus and surrounding communities, enhances sense of belonging for all students, and supports student success.
- supervision, coaching, and performance management of student employees.
- oversight of the allocation of departmental funds, purchasing for marketing and communication, and ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.
- reports to the Associate Director for Operations and Assessment.
