Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of customer-facing B2B and B2B2C marketing projects, balancing multiple deadlines while keeping a keen eye on detail and results.
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to develop marketing materials that support their outreach, including sales collateral, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Draft and edit content for marketing collateral and other print and digital materials – including emails, social media, and web site content.
  • Proofread and edit marketing materials.
  • Manage the annual advertising calendar and track/report on the performance of associated campaigns.
  • Manage and track the execution of industry trade shows, sponsorships, and association memberships.
  • Partner with our in-house graphic design team and external print partners to ensure timely production and delivery of projects.
  • Manage marketing collateral and promotional item supply for sales and trade show needs.
  • Communicate frequently with our sales team members and other internal partners via phone, email and other methods to complete assignments and ensure client marketing needs are met.
  • Be ready to contribute to other marketing and communications initiatives as needed. Flexibility and a team mindset are key.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 4+ years of previous marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Outlook & MS 365 applications.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize, ability to manage deadlines, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
