Job Summary

Own cross functional data and GTM tooling to keep product, promotions, and communications accurate, timely, and aligned across Legal, Marketing, Ops, Sales, PR, and Finance.

  • Coordinate timelines, deadlines, and key handoffs that shape go-to-market plans.
  • Develop and optimize internal tools and presentations to communicate GTM strategy and updates.
  • Serve as the central contact for alignment and ad hoc projects across teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sets up and maintains all product and promotions in internal databases
  • Maintains a timeline for all new product initiatives and communicates key deadlines to core functional groups
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all data communicated from the team
  • Serves as a point of contact to ensure team actions remain in alignment
  • Develops and optimizes internal business and marketing tools that effectively communicate go-to-market plans
  • Provides ongoing updates and stays in open communication with all functional areas: Legal, Marketing Services, Operations, Sales, PR, Digital, Creative, Finance, etc.
  • Coordinates third party agreements and purchase order approvals
  • Contributes to the development of presentations and updates content proactively
  • Provides support with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Film, or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in project management or marketing operations. Experience within home entertainment, film studio, agency, or digital transactional product preferred
  • High degree of proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Software, and moderate Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite Software

  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Able to interpret and discuss insights from a variety of data sources to support recommendations

  • Resourceful with the ability to work autonomously and effectively on a team and across teams
  • Agile, flexible, highly organized and able to handle multiple concurrent tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and work well with all levels of employees, including Sr. Management
