Job Summary

Own cross-property brand storytelling and partnership materials to drive sponsorship sales, turning inventory into story-led opportunities across global properties.

  • Content and narrative ownership: align with sales, develop and approve partnership content across properties.
  • Go-to-market and material evolution: shape GTM positioning and sales materials for global brands.
  • Inventory understanding and platform creation: organize property inventory and help build commercial marketing platforms.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support account sales leads throughout brand conversations across all FSM global properties.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure sales approach and materials are data-driven, story-led and reflective of property identity.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders within properties to develop and approve partnership content.
  • Assist on pipeline management, weekly reporting, and CRM organization.
  • Gain a deep understanding and organization of available property inventory.
  • Help evolve and maintain sales materials and go-to-market positioning across global properties.
  • Support creation of commercial marketing platforms and new inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sport Management, or a similar field strongly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience with brand strategy, activation, and/or sponsorship sales in a team, league, brand, agency or corporate setting.
  • Passion for sports marketing, media, and sponsorship sales.
  • Motivated by challenging the status quo and thinking “outside of the box”.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a strong attention to detail, and the ability to execute multiple tasks independently in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), CRM experience is a plus.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Ability to travel, work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
