Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Review analytics dashboards to identify sitewide user behavior trends and funnel performance gaps.
  • Analyze heatmaps, click maps, scroll maps, and session recordings to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with clients to share insights, validate priorities, and discuss optimization recommendations (training and support provided).
  • Assist in creating CRO strategies, including A/B test ideas, UX recommendations, and copy/layout suggestions.
  • Collaborate with UX, design, and development teams to ensure recommendations are feasible and implemented accurately.
  • Draft A/B test briefs with variant details, metrics, and audience targeting.
  • Help QA tests and track test results, providing performance insights and recommendations for next steps.
  • Build optimization roadmaps, prioritizing opportunities based on impact and level of effort.
  • Stay up to date on digital marketing and CRO trends.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in CRO, digital analytics, UX, or related digital marketing roles.
  • Comfortable reviewing data dashboards and interpreting trends (GA4, Looker Studio, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing concepts (you will be trained on tools and process).
  • Comfortable writing clear, actionable recommendations for web pages and user experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
  • Curious, analytical, creative, and proactive mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Agency experience across multiple clients.
  • Familiarity with CRO or experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, etc.).
  • Understanding of user behavior, psychology, or UX design principles.
