Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate leadership objectives into prioritized initiatives, roadmaps, and quarterly plans.
  • Develop and manage a structured A/B and multivariate testing program, from hypothesis generation to test execution and analysis.
  • Analyze on-site user behavior to identify friction points, drop-offs, and usability issues.
  • Use insights from heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and usability testing to form data-driven hypotheses
  • Advocate for best-in-class customer experience practices that align with brand and conversion objectives.
  • Partner with design, development, and analytics teams to implement and validate tests accurately.
  • Track and measure the performance of experiments, reporting insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze key CRO metrics, including: Add-to-Cart Rate, Conversion Rate (CVR), Checkout Abandonment Rate, Average Order Value (AOV), Bounce Rate, Session Duration / Engagement Rate, Exit Rate
  • Develop clear actionable reports and dashboards to communicate test outcomes and ongoing performance trends.
  • Translate insights into business recommendations and prioritize optimization opportunities.
