Responsibilities

• Deconstruct and migrate email campaigns into standardized formats
• Review and interpret HTML-based emails (no coding required)
• Identify content modules, layouts, and structure across campaigns
• QA and proof outputs for accuracy (links, layouts, content)
• Work across tools like Excel, Lucid, and internal platforms
• Track work and progress across tasks

Requirements

• Experience with email marketing, campaign execution, or QA
• Familiarity with HTML emails (you don’t need to code, but you understand how they’re built)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work through high-volume tasks
• Comfortable following structured processes and workflows
• Available during core working hours (Tue–Thurs preferred) for collaboration
• Reliable, responsive, and able to ask questions early

Preferred

• Experience with email QA, proofing, or marketing operations
• Exposure to multi-language campaigns
• Familiarity with tools like Lucid or similar platforms
