Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, articles, websites, email campaigns, and social media
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create content that aligns with brand strategy and campaign goals
• Conduct research on industry topics, trends, and competitors to produce accurate and relevant content
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
• Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or related roles
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
• Ability to write for different audiences and formats
• Excellent research and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

• Experience writing for SaaS, tech, or B2B industries
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of marketing, content strategy, or social media management
• Experience with email marketing and automation tools
• Portfolio of published content is highly preferred
