Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute innovative social media campaign strategies that grow client channel views, reach, and content engagement , with a strong focus on driving a positive return on investment (ROI) by ensuring that the social media efforts we manage directly contribute to the client’s business growth and revenue generation .
  • Trend Ideation: Research and identify trending content formats and ideas across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook to pitch in internal meetings and during client presentations.
  • Client Campaign Presentations: Attend scheduled client meetings (alongside internal team members) to present new content ideas and creative campaign concepts .
  • Creative Direction: Coordinate with and provide clear direction to the graphic design team to produce graphics that align with the client’s brand vision and goals.
  • Content Planning: Develop social media content calendars and creative concepts that reflect the client’s brand identity.
  • Content Creation Support: Write, edit, and ideate social media content that supports overall campaign goals across multiple platforms.
  • Content Optimization: Monitor performance and suggest optimizations based on platform trends and best practices.
  • Project Management: Manage all content timelines and tasks in Monday.com, ensuring deadlines are met and internal communication stays clear and proactive.
  • Brand Support: Collaborate with the internal team to support Social Practice’s own social media and marketing efforts with fresh creative ideas.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or social media campaign strategy.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related field.
  • A creative mind who loves experimenting with ideas and turning them into high-performing campaigns.
  • A strategic thinker who understands platform trends and how they apply to the aesthetics industry.
  • Someone who is plugged in to Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook culture and can confidently present campaign ideas to clients during meetings.
  • A self-starter who takes ownership of deadlines, quality, and results.
  • A team collaborator who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Exceptional writing and creative storytelling skills.
  • Well-versed in Canva, Monday.com, and Rella (or similar tools).

Preferred

  • Previous experience working on content for high-end or luxury brands preferred.
