Responsibilities

• Schedule and post content across multiple social media platforms via Metricool and in-channel
• Keep content organized and on schedule in Notion: tracking status, flagging what needs approval, and maintaining the calendar
• Monitor basic engagement and interact with relevant communities
• Keep an eye on algorithmic changes and platform updates
• Support the team in maintaining a consistent social presence

Requirements

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including experience with major platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) and scheduling tools.
• Candidates should possess basic skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing, with an understanding of campaign planning, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear writing, brand-aligned tone, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Position requires the ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and demonstrate inclusivity and sensitivity in online communication.

Preferred

• Familiarity with analytics tools, basic graphic design or video editing for social content, and current social media trends is preferred.
