Responsibilities

  • At the core of this role is the responsibility to develop, lead, and optimize a comprehensive social media and content strategy that seamlessly integrates organic storytelling, paid media, influencer partnerships, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration into a cohesive, high-performing digital ecosystem.
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive social media strategy across all brands and platforms
  • Define brand voice, tone, and visual identity across organic, paid, and influencer content
  • Create platform-specific strategies aligned with audience behavior, campaign goals, and business objectives
  • Align social media initiatives with broader marketing, DTC, and product strategies
  • Build seasonal campaigns and integrated social playbooks across organic, paid, and influencer efforts
  • Monitor industry trends, cultural moments, platform updates, and competitor activity to evolve strategy.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms
  • Manage campaigns within Meta Ads Manager including audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams on campaign development
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable reporting and recommendations
  • Test emerging ad formats and targeting capabilities to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts across multiple brands
  • Maintain distinct content strategies and audience engagement approaches for each brand
  • Oversee content publishing and platform management using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Studio, and related tools
  • Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives
  • Plan and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns using Planable or similar tools
  • Coordinate internal approvals and ensure timely delivery of content
  • Capture original photography and short-form video content for social platforms
  • Produce and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other digital content
