Job Summary

Own multi-channel organic content for a product and developer tools audience, with tight ownership of strategy, calendar, and distribution across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, newsletters and blog.

Content Production & Creative Direction: build briefs, QA, and manage writers, editors, designers, and creators to ship high quality output on deadlines.
Video strategy and asset leverage: direct vendors for launch and testimonial videos and repurpose every asset into threads, clips, posts, and emails.
Analytics and iteration: track what moves, why, and what to adjust across channels to maximize impact.

Responsibilities

All Hercules' organic content
Channels: X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Newsletter, Blog
Content type: thought leadership and product/feature launch content
Scope: strategy, calendar, distribution, and iteration
Contractors pipeline: hire/manage writers, editors, designers, creators; create briefs; ensure high quality output, ensure we meet deadlines
Video production: direct vendors for launch videos + testimonial/customer videos (briefs, scripts, review, delivery)
Asset repurposing: turn every asset into many (threads, clips, posts, email, blog) with quality control

Requirements

Proven track record growing organic social for a product (ideally developer tools, SaaS, or prosumer)
Excellent writing and editorial judgment (hooks, clarity, voice, pacing)
Strong creative direction for short-form video (scripting, structure, creator guidance)
Ability to build and manage a content production system (briefs, QA, workflows, vendor management)
Comfort with analytics (what moved, why it moved, and what to do next)
Strong AI workflows for ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and performance analysis
