Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic campaign development for the Content Programming organization, ensuring all major content initiatives are supported with compelling, aligned, and channel-appropriate messaging
  • Own storytelling for big content moments, shaping narratives that strengthen audience connection and elevate programming priorities
  • Evaluate and identify high-impact initiatives and ensure they are shepherded through the organization with strong promotional support, clear cross-channel throughlines, and optimized execution
  • Serve as the in-house expert in content marketing, guiding teams on best practices and ensuring a high bar for clarity, creativity, and brand alignment
  • Partner cross-functionally with Programming Editorial, Social, Press, Talent, Production, and other key stakeholders to align messaging, streamline workflows, and deliver cohesive promotional campaigns
  • Develop, maintain, and manage messaging frameworks, promotional calendars, and strategic communication plans for global content initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Programming Strategy to understand content priorities, audience insights, and platform opportunities that inform the promotional approach
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights and ensuring strategies evolve based on results and audience behaviors
  • Champion consistency and connection across channels, ensuring promotional stories resonate across platforms and ladder up to broader brand and programming goals
  • Support executive-level communication needs related to programming initiatives, content launches, and cross-organizational updates

Requirements

  • 6-8+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Campaign Management, Content Marketing or a related field
  • Exceptional storytelling & concepting and deep expertise in building cross-channel narratives
  • Strong understanding of social and on-platform content ecosystems and how they intersect in promotional planning
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale initiatives from concept through execution with a high level of ownership and organization
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex programming strategies into clear, compelling narratives
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams—including creative, production, social, PR, on-air talent, and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to optimize strategy
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the confidence to lead and influence without authority
  • Proven experience working with talent, high-visibility personalities, or content creators in a confidential, relationship-driven environment

  • A passion for fitness and wellness - knowledge of Peloton’s class content is not required, but is a huge plus
