Own the content lifecycle for a gig marketplace audience, delivering clear, SEO-friendly material and guides that drive engagement across users and providers.

Content Creation: Develop written and visual assets, plus articles, guides, and FAQs for gig-economy users.
Content Ops: Maintain the calendar and track performance to optimize future materials.
Cross-functional Alignment: Partner with product, marketing, and support to ensure content meets platform goals and user needs.

Maintain a content calendar and track performance of published materials.

Requirements

Proficiency in writing and editing for digital platforms, with attention to tone and clarity.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools to measure content performance.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Strong research skills and ability to synthesize complex information into accessible content.

Preferred

Experience creating content for gig-economy or service-based platforms is preferred.
