Job Description

Drive growth-focused marketing at Harvest by owning content and paid performance across channels to translate climate tech into demand.

  • Own content engine end-to-end: blog, landing pages, email, lifecycle, social, and sales enablement.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Marketing to scale lead generation with measurable funnel performance.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across paid search and paid social with close marketing collaboration.
  • Use AI tools, including image and video generation, to produce creative at speed and volume.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and founders to align messaging and surface customer insights from the field.
  • Help shape the marketing roadmap as Harvest scales and the role grows with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Own the content engine end-to-end: blog, landing pages, email, lifecycle, social, and sales enablement — translating Harvest’s technical and climate story into clear, compelling content for homeowners and partners.
  • Partner closely with the VP of Marketing to scale lead generation, supporting execution across paid and organic channels with measurable accountability for funnel performance.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across paid search and paid social, in close collaboration with the VP of Marketing.
  • Use AI tools, including image and video generation, to produce creative at the speed and volume modern performance marketing demands.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and the founders to align messaging, sharpen positioning, and surface customer insights from the field.
  • Help shape the marketing roadmap as Harvest scales — this role is designed to grow with the company.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience with a clear track record in content creation and lead generation.
  • Experience at a marketing agency or in an in-house marketing role at a startup or tech company.
  • Strong writer and communicator who can move fluidly between long-form thought leadership, performance ad copy, and product-led narrative.
  • Hands-on with paid search and paid social (Google, Meta) and comfortable in the day-to-day execution of campaigns.
  • Analytical and outcome-oriented — comfortable defending your roadmap with funnel math and pipeline metrics, not just impressions and vanity numbers.
  • Self-directed and high-agency; thrives in ambiguity and ships quickly without needing heavy process.
  • Genuinely passionate about climate and the environment.

Preferred

  • Direct media buying experience on Meta and/or Google Ads.
  • Experience marketing a considered purchase or hardware product.
  • Working knowledge of lifecycle marketing and consumer-oriented nurture programs.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, meaningful equity, and full benefits included.
