Job Summary

Own the content engine that powers enterprise and channel selling across enablement assets, long-form writing, and campaign copy while keeping brand voice consistent for launches and partner programs.

  • Sales Enablement: build and maintain collateral library and enablement programs for faster ramp and higher close with Enterprise, Channel, and Carrier teams.
  • Content Marketing & Campaign Content: own editorial calendar, translate technical capability into stories with SMEs, and craft messaging for launches and launches through campaigns.
  • Copywriting & Communications: write emails, ads, landing pages, social copy, and manage internal and channel communications for consistency.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement – Partner with Enterprise, Channel, and Carrier sales teams to build and maintain a library of sales collateral: one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, product sheets, and QBR templates. Manage enablement programs that help sellers ramp faster and close more deals.
  • Content Marketing – Develop and maintain an editorial calendar of blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, and thought leadership content. Own long-form writing across the business and partner with subject matter experts to translate technical capability into compelling story.
  • Copywriting – Write high-converting copy for email campaigns, paid ads, landing pages, and integrated campaign messaging. Support social media copywriting in partnership with our social lead.
  • Internal & Channel Communications – Produce our quarterly partner newsletter, internal company communications, and sales team updates. Support press release drafting and corporate communications as needed.
  • Campaign Content – Develop messaging and content assets for integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and event pull-through. Maintain brand voice consistency across all written touchpoints.
