Job Summary

Own high impact event content for K 12 leaders by turning Panorama thought leadership into timely, scalable programming that ties to awareness and revenue signals.

  • Responsibilities: Own end to end event content from concept to keynote, abstracts, panels, and speaker prep aligned to district and state priorities.
  • Audience & channels: Target education leaders with compelling narratives and visuals across a high volume of events using customer stories.
  • Processes & quality: Build repeatable templates, SLAs, and feedback loops to ensure cohesion and fast iteration.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development of event content from concept to final presentation execution.
  • Develop keynote presentations, roundtable panels, session abstracts, and speaker prep materials reflecting district/state education priorities and customer stories.
  • Translate Panorama's thought leadership into event programming that feels fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve for K-12 leaders.
  • Set a high bar for content quality while building repeatable systems that scale across a high-volume event strategy.
  • Establish scalable event content templates and best practices to drive efficiency and consistency across events.
  • Develop streamlined processes and SLAs for content development, review cycles, and approvals to create clarity for stakeholders and protect quality at every stage.
  • Uphold high standards for narrative cohesion, audience relevance, and visual quality.
  • Evaluate event content performance and gather feedback to continuously improve programming.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event content development, content marketing, or a related field
  • Deep familiarity with K-12 education; experience working in education at the school, district, or state level strongly preferred
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates polished presentation content across formats. Please share presentation samples in the application
  • A strong point of view on storytelling and the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives that resonate with education leaders and educators
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts, with experience shaping slide design and partnering with designers to create clean, impactful presentations
  • Experience sourcing, preparing, and managing internal and external speakers, including customers
  • Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and executives with strong presence and professional judgment
  • Receptive to feedback and able to iterate quickly; you take direction well and produce stronger work because of it
  • Outstanding organization and project management skills; experience managing multiple content workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Familiar with and actively using AI tools to support content and presentation development
