Responsibilities

• Video Production: Edit long-form videos for YouTube and Facebook across two distinct channels.
• Micro-Content : Extract and publish high-performing Shorts, Reels, and TikToks from every long-form recording.
• Daily Distribution : Repurpose existing articles, scripts, and videos into high-volume daily posts (Text, Graphics, and Video).
• System Management : Maintain a forward-looking content calendar and ensure all assets are scheduled and live without reminders.
• Optimization : Constantly A/B test titles, thumbnails, and "hooks" to move the needle on performance.
• Engagement: Manage comments across all platforms to identify and surface high-value leads for our team.

Requirements

• Ownership Mentality: You take initiative, solve problems independently, and figure things out without needing constant direction
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in video editing and basic graphic design tools (Premiere, Final Cut, Canva, or similar)
• AI Adaptation: Comfortable using AI tools to generate content, while refining output to ensure it feels natural, human, and on-brand
• Platform Awareness: You understand the differences between platforms (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and how content should be adapted for each
• Strong Organization: You are highly organized and operate effectively using calendars, workflows, and systems

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant hands-on experience
