Job Summary
Assist with filming, editing, and posting content to help grow a brand’s social channels from day one across Reels, TikTok, and Instagram.
- Must-have: Prior experience managing social channels and a strong portfolio.
- Standout: Hands-on role in building content from the ground up and quick iteration.
- Familiarity with trending formats and knowledge of what performs on TikTok/Instagram.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist with filming and editing short-form content (Reels, TikToks)
- Help execute on a weekly content calendar
- Support photo and video shoots (product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes)
- Edit content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
- Help source trending formats, sounds, and ideas
- Organize and manage content files and assets
- Assist with light posting and scheduling as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience in managing social media channels is must
- Recent graduate or soon to be graduate
- Portfolio is must
- Are obsessed with TikTok / Instagram and understand what performs
- Have a good eye for aesthetic, lighting, and composition
- Are comfortable filming on iPhone and editing short-form video
- Are organized and proactive
- Are excited about building something from the ground up
Preferred
- Experience with beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle brands
- Basic photography or UGC experience
- Familiarity with Later or other scheduling tools
