Job Summary

Own the early growth engine for a fashion AI startup by finding and testing viral creator content, while building AI-assisted workflows and influencer partnerships to fuel rapid, visible traction.

  • Growth Infrastructure: Run weekly experiments and share learnings to inform fast iteration.
  • Content Engine: Create and test viral formats on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts with AI-backed imagery.
  • Creator & Boutique Outreach: Discover NYC creators and map indie boutiques to feed authentic content pipelines.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create and test viral content formats on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Shorts
  • Build AI-powered content workflows using virtual try-on, outfit generation, and AI fashion imagery
  • Discover and reach out to NYC fashion creators and micro-influencers
  • Map and research independent boutiques across SoHo, Lower East Side, Williamsburg, Nolita, and Brooklyn
  • Run weekly growth experiments and share what works (and what doesn't)
  • Help shape the voice and growth strategy of a startup from day one
