Job Summary

Own end-to-end visual content for rural land properties from shooting to final edits, coordinating on-site production and paid media creatives.

Content Creation: Film, photograph, and edit property tours, land developments, events, and vendor expos across Oklahoma.
Video Production: Edit short-form reels for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube and produce on-brand promotional clips.
Campaign Assets: Produce content and video ads for Meta and Google campaigns, aligning with paid-media specs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Film and photograph properties, land developments, events, and vendor expos across Oklahoma
Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube — property tours, promotional clips, and brand storytelling
Produce content and video ads for paid campaigns on Meta Business Suite and Google Ads
Design print marketing materials — flyers, door hangers, signage, etc. — consistent with ALE brand standards
Manage content from shoot through final delivery: organizing footage, color grading, audio mixing, and exporting for each platform
Assist with digital marketing tasks (ad creative, campaign assets) as needed

Requirements

Demonstrated video shooting and editing experience with a portfolio to show for it
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or other Video Editor software
Photo editing experience in Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop
Graphic design skills — Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or InDesign for print/digital assets
Comfortable filming on location independently with your own eye for composition and lighting
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred

Experience in real estate, land, agriculture, or outdoor/lifestyle brands
Experience with short-form content for Instagram Reels and Facebook
Drone/aerial footage experience (FAA Part 107 a plus)
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads or Google Ads creative specs
