Responsibilities

• Develop and produce content focused on dating, relationships, and human behavior
• Translate real user experiences into engaging, relatable narratives
• Help shape and personify the voice of our AI (Cupid) in a way that builds trust with users
• Establish repeatable content formats that drive consistent engagement and growth
• Serve as the on-camera presence for Dataing across short-form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
• High level of emotional intelligence and understanding of modern dating dynamics
• Ability to create content that feels authentic, not overly produced or promotional
• Clear sense of taste and judgment in content creation

Preferred

• Experience growing a personal or brand presence on social platforms
• Background in content creation, storytelling, or behavioral psychology
