Job Summary
Own the content engine for a gym brand by turning workouts, events, and member moments into short-form video that fuels brand growth and community engagement.
- Content production and editing: film sessions, edit Reels/TikTok, write captions, and schedule posts.
- Planning and collaboration: maintain the content calendar and partner with ownership on strategy.
- Event capture and promotion: shoot gym events and community activities to drive marketing.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Stay up to date on social media trends and content ideas
- Film personal training sessions, group fitness classes, coaches, and members
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form content
- Write captions and assist with content scheduling
- Help plan and maintain a content calendar
- Capture content during gym events, challenges, and community activities
- Assist with marketing and promotion of gym events
- Collaborate with ownership on content strategy and brand growth
Requirements
- Experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices
- Comfortable filming in a gym environment
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
Preferred
- Photography, videography, or marketing experience is a plus
- Interest in fitness is preferred but not required
