Responsibilities

• - Create and edit photo and video content (job sites, team members, installs, customer stories)
• - Produce content for social media, advertisements, and digital platforms
• - Collaborate with marketing partners to optimize ad performance
• - Leverage AI tools and modern strategies to increase reach and return on investment
• - Plan and support events, trade shows, and local promotions
• - Capture customer testimonials and success stories
• - Manage online reputation across review platforms
• - Develop and send customer newsletters and marketing communications
• - Support recruiting marketing initiatives for open roles
• - Manage branded materials such as swag and uniforms

Requirements

• - Experience with photography, videography, and basic lighting/audio setup
• - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing tools
• - Experience or strong interest in social media and digital marketing
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• - Passion for storytelling and showcasing customer experiences
