Responsibilities

• Create short-form videos each week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Film entertaining content in public, including tanning random people and capturing authentic reactions
• Conduct street interviews and create videos that are funny, engaging, and shareable
• Come up with your own creative content ideas while collaborating with the Bro Glo team
• Edit every video yourself with fast-paced cuts, clean transitions, and deliver the final edit without music or captions
• Shoot everything on your phone (no expensive camera equipment required)
• Meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality content

Requirements

• Comfortable talking to strangers and filming in public
• Creative with a strong sense of humor and great content ideas
• Understands what makes people stop scrolling on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Can edit videos that feel modern, fast-paced, and native to social media
• Comfortable speaking on camera and recording natural voiceovers
• Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction
• Reliable and able to hit deadlines consistently
• Must speak English fluently
