Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and own KLIQ's social media content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Create high-quality, on-brand content including short-form video, carousels, graphics, and written posts
- Build and manage a consistent content calendar aligned to product launches, campaigns, and creator milestones
- Grow KLIQ's follower base and engagement rate through organic tactics, trends, and community interaction
- Monitor performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights to continuously improve content output
- Collaborate with the founder and product team to surface creator success stories, feature announcements, and platform updates
- Identify and engage with creator communities, relevant hashtags, and brand partnership opportunities
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, emerging content formats, and creator economy trends
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, brand management, or a related field
- A portfolio demonstrating growth-focused content across at least two major social platforms
- Proficiency in short-form video creation and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
- Data-literate: comfortable pulling insights from native analytics tools and iterating based on performance
- Self-starter who can manage their own time, prioritise effectively, and deliver consistently
- Genuine interest in the creator economy, coaching, and entrepreneurship spaces
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, or Metricool) is a plus
Preferred
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Later, or Metricool) is a plus
