• Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Film and edit videos using tools like CapCut or similar software
• Execute content ideas based on trends, storytelling, and brand messaging
• Collaborate on weekly content planning and posting schedules
• Track performance and adjust content based on results
• Help communicate Host Guest’s mission of trust, safety, and connection through content

• Experience creating and editing short-form video content
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends
• Ability to capture attention quickly through storytelling
• Comfortable being on camera or directing content
• Self-starter with strong communication skills
