Responsibilities

• Film the founders and the team on the warehouse floor, cut short-form vertical video, publish to TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You own it end to end: find the story, shoot it, edit it, post it, read the numbers, adjust. Walk the floor, notice what's worth filming, pitch it.
• Process content: pick-and-pack, palletizing, container unloads, peak season chaos
• A "what happens after you click buy" explainer series
• Founder POV and behind-the-scenes, including the unglamorous parts
• Factory and sourcing content from our China operation
• Product spotlights for the brands we ship
• Demos of the AI tools we built in-house

Requirements

• You can shoot on an iPhone: composition, stable footage, usable audio in a loud warehouse, an eye for b-roll
• Editing chops. Jump cuts, pacing, captions, text overlay, sound design
• You treat short-form as its own craft. A hook that lands in two seconds, retention structure, and a real theory of why a video flopped
• You can write. Scripts, hooks, captions, on-screen copy
• You read the analytics and change what you're doing
• You've driven organic reach before, not just posted
