Responsibilities

• Create approximately 12–16 short-form videos or Reels each month.
• Create approximately 8–10 product photos, graphics or carousel posts each month.
• Film product demonstrations, texture shots, frozen-mask reveals and skincare-routine content.
• Develop educational content about ingredients and product usage.
• Create behind-the-scenes content showing product preparation, filling, packaging and brand development.
• Write captions, hooks, calls to action and relevant hashtags.
• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
• Monitor beauty trends, trending audio and popular content formats.
• Help maintain a consistent FROSTÉ visual identity and brand voice.
• Organize and maintain a monthly content calendar.

Requirements

• Experience creating social-media content for beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Ability to film clear, attractive videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Experience editing short-form videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva or similar tools.
• Strong sense of lighting, composition, styling and visual storytelling.
• Ability to write engaging captions and attention-grabbing video hooks.
• Comfortable appearing on camera.
• Reliable, organized and able to meet monthly deadlines.

Preferred

• Photography, graphic-design or influencer-marketing experience is a plus.
